Job Description:

As a Temporary Marketing Activation Specialist at Binyoh, you will play a pivotal role in spreading the word about our app and onboarding new female users. You will be the face of Binyoh during physical activations, connecting directly with potential users and guiding them through the onboarding process. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will help women discover the benefits of Binyoh's offerings and create a supportive community.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person activations at designated locations to attract and engage potential female users.

  • Present Binyoh's features and benefits in an enthusiastic and informative manner.

  • Assist users in downloading the app and setting up their profiles.

  • Provide step-by-step guidance on using the app's features, including content consumption, period tracking, virtual consultations, and community engagement.

  • Achieve and exceed onboarding targets to earn performance-based commissions.

  • Collect user feedback and insights to enhance Binyoh's offerings.

  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour while representing the brand.


Qualifications:

  • Passion for women's health and wellness.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people.

  • Strong communication skills, both in presenting information and active listening.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to guide users through app installations and basic usage.

  • Motivated by targets and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.

  • Previous experience in marketing activations, sales, or customer engagement is a plus.
